Referral Program Terms & Conditions
Current owners who refer people to The Stay Hub may be entitled to receive $500 Cash for each “Eligible Referral” referred by you, in accordance with the terms and conditions set out below.

1. In these Terms, but subject to clause 2 below, an “Eligible Referral” means any referral that meets the following requirements:

(a) The person referred by you must enter into a contract with The Stay Hub to manage their property at least 6 months in the next 12 months (“Minimum Term”).
(b) The property referred by you must be an “Eligible Property”, which means it must:
(i) be located within an area that The Stay Hub services; and
(ii) meet the eligibility criteria set by The Stay Hub from time to time (which may include, among other things, average daily rate achievable, condition of the property and any such factors affecting the marketability of the property).
The final decision on whether a property referred to The Stay Hub qualifies as an Eligible Property rests on the sole discretion of The Stay Hub.

2. The following referrals will not be Eligible Referrals:

(a) A referral of the referee’s primary residence; and
(b) The referral by your spouse or other direct family who is considered to have a direct interest in the property to be managed.

4. The cash cannot be exchanged for other considerations, nor can be combined with any other offers. In the event your contract with The Stay Hub is terminated or expires (for whatever reason) prior to you receiving the cash, this offer will automatically expire and be voided.

5. Only a single cash amount is available per person referral , regardless of the number of Eligible Properties referred to The Stay Hub from this person. Where multiple referrals for an Eligible Property are received from two or more referrers, the individual or entity who first sent the referral to The Stay Hub will be the only referrer eligible for the cash.

6. These terms are governed by New Zealand law. In case of any disputes, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.
